Bulk Scheduling
We understand the trouble of finding the time to check with different people’s schedules. That’s why we want to reclaim your time with our bulk scheduling feature. This enables our users to schedule interviews efficiently by analyzing your calendar and suggesting optimal interview times, reducing manual work thus saving users’ time.
Third-party Integrations
We integrate with existing booking systems such as Calendly and Cal.com to handle scheduling requests, but we further enhance this experience by AI-assisted bulk scheduling that helps you find the best time to meet with the best talent.
How does it work?
Sequence integrates with your email service and those that contain keywords and tags can be automatically streamed to our application.
You begin by creating a role or a position that you want to stream. Here you enter filters and triggers to automatically populate Seequence. Once done, you can start reviewing resumes and cover letters, and invite the applicant to interview once you’re satisfied. After doing so you can now enjoy Seequence’s scheduling automation that can help you schedule multiple applicants across the week or month.
